PMF 1999-2016 FORD F-250/350 REAR FUEL CELL
These custom made fuel cells are designed to mount in the stock location of the factory spare tire. CNC laser cut and professionally hand TIG welded to perfection from 1/8" 6061T6 aluminum with internal baffles and rear sump. Two rear 1/2" NPT rear sump pickup bungs, one top 1/2" NPT and one front 1/2" NPT return line accommodate many different line routing options (optional and additional ports available). Cradle is built from 3/16" bottom skid plate and 1/8" formed steel sides for protection and strength! We can set this up with a license plate fill which will allow it to be filled with around 23 usable gallons. Or we can set it up with a bed fill (would have to cut a hole in the bottom of the bed), which would allow the full volume of the cell to be used which would have 32 usable gallons. Both the cell and the cradle come in a raw finish. Mounting hardware is included. Fuel line fittings/plugs not included. Fuel sending unit does come with the tank but needs to be wired into the oem wiring harness.
Requires removal of spare tire and modification of exhaust system. We have done our best to design it to clear most hitch configurations but given the dozens of variations out there, this is not guaranteed.
